Why would I choose to buy from you?
Our current owner has over 30 years experience in the field of manufactured tubular products. The luggage racks are produced to high standards and are available at competitive prices as we sell direct to the customer. In addition our family companies have produced tubular products since 1971.
What do you mean by high standards?
We are referring to the use of top quality tube, hand brazed joints, polishing and chromium plating to BS quality and environmental standards.
Do you have a luggage rack that will fit my car?
We offer luggage racks to fit most convertibles past and present. To check availability for your car click here or email us at email@example.com. We can also manufacture luggage racks to customer's own specifications.
Can I fit the luggage rack myself?
Yes the luggage rack can be fitted by any competent person, but it is the owners responsibility to ensure the rack is correctly fitted and safely loaded.
Do I need to drill the trunk deck?
The permanent range of luggage racks require the bootlid to be drilled. However, the temporary luggage racks clamp directly onto the sides of the boot lid, and therefore no drilling is required.
How can I pay for my luggage rack?
We accept PayPal. Please note we will usually dispatch your luggage rack within 1 working day when payment is made by credit or debit card using Paypal. We also accept payments by e-cheque, but remember they may take up to 3 weeks to clear and will delay receipt of your luggage rack. When using PayPal we will only ship to the registered cardholders address. We also accept direct bank payments, and our BIC and IBAN banking details are available on request. Please do not send cash.
Will you ship to a different address to which the payment card is registered to?
When using PayPal we can only ship to the registered cardholders address which should be confirmed or verified by PayPal.
If you wish to have the luggage rack delivered to a different address, you will need to pay by an alternative method
such as a direct bank transfer . Please contact us for our BIC/SWIFT or IBAN details.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
We no longer accept orders over the telephone as it is more secure to conduct international transactions online by using PayPal.
The PayPal system protects both the customer and the retailer from fraud.
Will I need to pay any additional fees, import duty or taxes?
The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes. Goods may be held by U.S. Customs until the duty is paid. Import duty is usually levied at a rate of 2.9% on transactions over $200 USD. We have no control over these charges, and we therefore suggest our customers liaise with their local authorities in advance to ascertain whether any extra taxes or duty might apply to the transaction.
Will I know when my luggage rack is going to be delivered?
We work closely with our carriers and we can usually tell you on which day the rack is going to be delivered.
We can also provide tracking details and an email or SMS alert if required.
Can I return the luggage rack should I change my mind?
Yes we accept returns, but please remember that we do not refund the shipping and insurance costs. We will refund the cost of the luggage rack less a small restocking fee, by the original payment method, on its safe return to us in an unused state.
