Ordering a Trunk Luggage Rack

  • Once you have chosen a luggage rack and you would like to place an order, either complete the form at the bottom of this page, or email us directly with your requirements at [email protected].
  • We will then send an invoice which shows the total amount due, and invites you to pay by either Visa or MasterCard using the secure online Stripe facility.  
  • We can also accept payment by "wire transfer", direct deposit, IBAN transfer or SWIFT if it is more convenient, or if we are unable to confirm the shipping address.  Our bank details are available on request.
  • Please contact us should you require any assistance or if you are unsure about which model fits your car.
  • You will need to include the details of the manufacturer, model and year of your car, and also your zip code in order for us to calculate the shipping cost. 
  • When paying we do not have access to your credit or debit card details, this information is encrypted and processed via secure servers at our financial intermediary Stripe.
  • When paying by Visa or MasterCard, we can only ship to the registered cardholder's billing address.   In some circumstances we may need to contact you to confirm your identity.    Please also provide a daytime contact telephone number for the carrier to reach you if necessary.
  • Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct, as redirection may incur additional shipping charges.
  • We will usually ship your luggage rack within one business day unless it is a special order or if custom built components are required.  We will send confirmation of dispatch by email or SMS text. 
  • We can also accept payment by banker's check if it is drawn in Pounds Sterling, but please note that if payment is made by cheque, we will be unable to process your order until we have received cleared funds.  We can ship to any worldwide address if payment has been made by check drawn in GB Pounds . 
  • Please do not send cash.
