Shipping and Import Duty

For U.S. Customers

U.S. Shipping Charges
All luggage racks are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Shipping at the standard rate of $56.50 USD per consignment is now available to the contiguous U.S. for most of our products. Expedited shipping is also available at extra cost, and is provided by either FedEx, DHL,TNT or UPS. Some of our larger luggage racks may be charged at a higher shipping rate depending on the size and weight of the package. Discounted promotional shipping rates may also apply from time to time when these are made available to us. Supplemental charges may apply to very rural zip codes, Alaska, Hawaii and offshore territories such as Puerto Rico.

U.S. Import Duty
We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means the price you pay to us will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier in order to release your order from Customs. Goods may be held by U.S. Customs and Border Protection until the duty is paid in full.

All relevant Customs forms and documentation required to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment.

For Canadian Customers

Canadian Shipping Charges
Fixed price shipping at $87.25 CAD per consignment is available to most Canadian postcodes, and is provided by either FedEx, TNT, DHL, DPD or UPS. Discounted promotional shipping rates may apply from time to time when these are made available to us. Please advise your postcode before ordering.

Canadian Import Duty
Import duty is usually levied on goods entering Canada at a rate of 4.5% of the full price paid. In addition a local sales tax or harmonised sales tax (HST) may also be levied, the rate of which varies depending upon the receiving province. There may also be a brokerage charge payable to the carrier for handling the customs fees. We advise you to check in advance with the relevant authorities in order to avoid any surprises.

All relevant Customs forms and documentation required to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment.

For Australian Customers

Australian Shipping Charges
Shipping is available to the Australian mainland, and is provided by either FedEx or UPS. Please contact us for the latest rates. Supplemental charges apply to Tasmania and other islands.

Shipping time from the UK varies between 3 to 7 days depending on your post code and the shipping service chosen.

Australian Import Duty
Import Duty is usually levied on imports above $1000 ASD entering Australia, and therefore should not apply to any of our transactions.

For Eurozone Customers

Eurozone Shipping Charges
Shipping from €19.95 to France, Belgium and Holland.

Eurozone Import Duty
No import duty should be payable on orders within the Eurozone, however your purchase will be subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate for your country.
