U.S. Shipping Charges
Most of our luggage racks are shipped direct from our warehouse in the UK. Standard rate shipping from the UK to the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States) is available from $56.50 USD per consignment depending on your zip code, and also the size and weight of the luggage rack ordered. Expedited shipping is also available at extra cost and is provided by either FedEx, DHL,TNT or UPS.

Discounted promotional shipping rates may also apply from time to time when these are made available to us by the carriers. Our team will advise if there are any promotions available at the inquiry stage.

Supplemental surcharges may also apply to very rural zip codes, Alaska, Hawaii and offshore territories such as Puerto Rico.

Smaller items such as spare parts or accessories may be shipped internally by the U.S.P.S. Please inquire for shipping prices.

U.S. Shipping Time
Shipping time from the UK is usually between 2 to 8 days depending on your zip code, and the shipping service chosen (regular or expedited).

U.S. Import Duty
Import tariffs now apply to all deliveries into the USA. The current rate on the UK built products is 10%.

We ship on a Delivery at Place (DAP) basis, which means the price you pay to us will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier in order to release your order from Customs. Goods may be held by U.S. Customs and Border Protection until the duty is paid in full.

All relevant Customs forms and documentation required to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment.
