Shipping to Non Billing Addresses
Currently we do not ship orders with billing discrepancies due to high levels of online fraudulent activity. This means the shipping address and the cardholder's billing address for any order we receive must be the same. Reluctantly we no longer make any exceptions for work, holiday or gift addresses. Should we receive an order with a billing discrepancy the order will be immediately cancelled and the funds will be refunded to the original payment source. We will contact you via email advising your order has been cancelled and a refund issued due to a billing discrepancy.
Please note that different banks will process refunds at varying rates, and they may take between 2 to 14 days to credit the returned funds back to your card.
We will only ship to an unconfirmed address when payment is made by wire or SWIFT transfer.
